This course is a is show you how to prepare wonderful puddings. Award winning chef, Steve Hewitt will be creating a range of festive goodies guaranteed to give the “WOW” factor at your Christmas gatherings.
You will make and take home the following :-
- Iced Christmas pudding parfait with roasted plums
- White chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding
- Festive Belgian chocolate truffles
- Ginger bread angels
- Drunken chocolate cherry roulade
Your day also includes a slice of something created by Steve and a glass of fizz. Treat yourself to a wonderful, festive experience!
